Make sure you get the seat belt tensioner wiring threaded into the seat frame so that it does not bind up when the slides are operated and when the seat is rotated. You will need to thread it through the center hole of the pedestal to allow rotation, and connect the connector for it.
When all is done-check the slides for function-I put some silicone grease on them-like is on the pedestals for rotation.
When all is done check your wiring after connecting the battery- it should work.
I would like to have used the Post B connection -ignition switch controlled, but it did not work. I was told by an RV technician that the upfitters are always messing around with the B post, and it is not unusual for all the connection points to have been used-or moved around.
This is several days of work! And some time to order the Seats -were delivered in 6 weeks and simulators delivered I less than a week. Everything else you can get from auto parts store or Ace Hardware or Home Depot. Less than 100$ in miscellaneous parts.
If you take this on-good luck! Keep sensitive ears away while you are working!
My seats work great and work for my 5’5” spouse and my 6’3” son in law
One other tip -buy a battery maintainer through Amazon to keep your coach batteries charged particularly if stored inside or under a tarp or shelter -mine is a NOCO genius 2D. Plugs into house current and also can be plugged into a small generator to keep charge in coach batteries if in the boonies. Just remember to unplug it when driving away!
